The Social Budaya Visa is gained by completing the paperwork emailed out by the rally organizers. The visa application was made easier by reading their tips and handy hints. The email had 4 attachments: Sponsor letter, Letter of Introduction from the Ministry of Tourism and Social Development, Rally Schedule of destinations & dates and a Form of Visa.
