CRUNCH COOKIES
- You'll need a baking tray
- Some baking paper
- turn your oven to 160
Ingredients:
- 2 level tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup castor sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 1/4 cups of self raising flour
Method:
- cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy
- add the egg and beat in well
- mix in the flour until a stiff batter is obtained
Baking Instructions:
- place 1 teaspoon of mixture on the tray, spacing out allowing for a little expansion and press down with a fork
- bake for approx 15 to 20 minutes
Notes:
- Batter makes approximately 20 cookies
- vary cookies by either rolling in caster sugar or coconut before baking
