CORNFLAKE BISCUITS
- You'll need a baking tray
- Some baking paper
- turn your oven to 170
Ingredients:
- 115 grams or 4 oz butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup sultanas
- 1 cup self raising flour
- 1 cup cornflakes (crushed)
- cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy
- add the egg and beat in well
- fold in the flour and the sultanas
Baking Instructions:
- roll teaspoon size balls of the mixture into the crushed cornflakes
- place on the tray, spacing out allowing for a little expansion
- bake for approx 10 to 15 minutes
Notes:
- Batter makes approximately 18 biscuits
