Cornflake Biscuits

CORNFLAKE BISCUITS

Before Mixing:
  • You'll need a baking tray
  • Some baking paper
  • turn your oven to 170

Ingredients:
  • 115 grams or 4 oz butter
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup sultanas
  • 1 cup self raising flour
  • 1 cup cornflakes (crushed)
Method:
  • cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy
  • add the egg and beat in well
  • fold in the flour and the sultanas
Baking Instructions:
  • roll teaspoon size balls of the mixture into the crushed cornflakes
  • place on the tray, spacing out allowing for a little expansion 
  • bake for approx 10 to 15 minutes
Notes:
  • Batter makes approximately 18 biscuits
