Crunch Cookies


Before Mixing:
  • You'll need a baking tray
  • Some baking paper
  • turn your oven to 160

  • 2 level tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup castor sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/4 cups of self raising flour

  • cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy
  • add the egg and beat in well
  • mix in the flour until a stiff batter is obtained
Baking Instructions:
  • place 1 teaspoon of mixture on the tray, spacing out allowing for a little expansion and press down with a fork
  • bake for approx 15 to 20 minutes
  • Batter makes approximately 20 cookies
  • vary cookies by either rolling in caster sugar or coconut before baking
